What are the requirements to join?

Ans: Self-discipline, commitment, trust on your mentor, and a little bit of patience. If you lack any of these, our programs may not be a good fit for you.

What is your concept?

Ans: First of all, do not think of it as if you are dieting. We are against dieting. ‘Dieting’ is when you are deprived of certain foods and you restrict your calorie intake so much that you lose weight. This results in other side effects to your body including hair loss, body weakness, and general fatigue. We believe in healthy eating. Our diet plans are designed to assist you to integrate healthy eating into your lifestyle. You do not have to restrict yourself too much and you do not have to starve yourself.

Importance is given to local and traditional food. All diet plans are long-term sustainable. While calories are important, we do not count them every time as this isn’t something you can do all your life. We will also teach you portion control so you don’t keep measuring food on a kitchen scale

How are your diets like?

How much will I lose?

Ans: A body can safely lose a few kilos and inches in a month, however, weight loss is multi-factorial and results vary from person to person. It depends on your diet, medical history, activity level, stress levels, water intake, sleep patterns, mental health, mindset, belief, and trust level, just to name a few.

The weight will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined. The diet plans that we design are not short-term diets that you follow for temporary results. Instead, it is a combination of diet and lifestyle plan, where we prescribe food that you can sustain for lifelong, and hence get permanent outcomes resulting in a lifestyle change. Make sure you set realistic goals before you embark on this journey with us.

Can I lose fat only on my thighs, belly, or arms?

Ans: No! Spot reduction is a myth. This means that one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. While exercise can certainly help in toning specific body parts, your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are.

How is the progress measured?

Ans: We measure results on the pretext of how you are feeling. For example: How are the energy levels? Are you feeling light? Has the stamina or performance increased? Are health parameters coming back in range? Is immunity building up?

Can you provide a sample diet plan?

Ans: No, because we don’t have one. All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis, and lifestyle. We do not sell pre-defined or fixed diet plans, therefore we are unable to provide any sample.

How will I get my diet plans?

Ans: Weekly diet plans are prescribed ONLY after a consultation/feedback call. The diet plan is easily accessible in mobile and is also sent over email in a PDF file.

Note: Due to legal and compliance reasons, WhatsApp cannot be used to share diet plans.

Do you guarantee weight loss?

Ans: Dear friend, we are not selling a product. It is something you have to guarantee yourself that you will be committed and self-disciplined throughout your journey with us. How can I contact you if I have any queries or if I want to modify something in the diet plans?

Ans: You can always be in touch with your assigned dietitian. WAchat and email are preferred modes of communication, but you can also call your dietitian directly if required.

Can I switch from one package to another?

Ans: No, a change of package from Basic to therapeutic or vice-versa is not possible. Make a wise decision at the beginning or reach out to us for help at 9410436059

Can I transfer my program/subscription to anyone else?

Ans: Our programs are non-transferable

Are breaks/hold-period allowed in programs?

Ans: We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to. Vacations, family functions, traveling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.

Vacations, family functions, traveling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.

If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 2 weeks break in the 6-month program, and a 4weeks break in the 12-month program if the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 2 weeks break in the 6-month program and 4weeks break in the 12-month program.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Ans: First of all, there is no room for dissatisfaction if you begin with the right expectations and attitude. This is healthcare, not business. There is no exchange of products. We charge you for our time and expertise, which is irreversible.

In case you do not lose weight or achieve the desired result (for which the chances are less than 10%), the worst that will happen is you would have gained health, understood what works and what does not for your body, and have figured out the root cause to continue at your own pace in life.

Note: due to the nature of the services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. So it is important to set your expectations right before joining.

If you interrupt or stop the ongoing program for any reason (such as a change of mind, pregnancy, illness, holidays, and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this program that are not yet paid shall remain due.
